Reach out to the Community Co-Op Faribault by 1:00 p.m. Aug. 24th to secure your spot for this exciting event where you will hear from experts on farm safety! We will focus on roadway safety as it relates to ATVs, UTVs, tractors and other farming equipment.

The Faribault Police Department and Faribault Fire Department took home the trophy tonight after defeating Rice County and the Department of Corrections during the annual First Responders for Charity Softball Tournament.

Faribault Fire Department held a retirement party for firefighter Alex Hanson on Thursday. Capt. Joel Hansen, who didn’t want a party, is also retiring this weekend.

Firefighter/EMT Alex Hanson has dedicated the last 26 years to serving the Faribault community. Help us celebrate him on Thursday, Aug. 13, from 4 - 6:30 p.m. at the Faribault Fire Station as he begins a new chapter.

Cake and light refreshments will be served.
