Evidently social worker LMSW job title at least in ND have more say than a judge or police officer. I am a concerned citizen especially finding out they pay around $120 a hour. That’s more than a chief of police makes putting his life on the line. On top of this ND social services have been under investigation for mishandling cases. We need an organization that will oversee social workers breaking laws. Swearing under oath does not mean lying under oath. I never broke any laws but my kid is a victim of ND social services. My mother was a social worker for the elderly so I was raised by wonderful parents. Using someone’s disability in court against them (cancer) I would imagine is a violation of the America disability act. I can go on about other laws broken when my ex was charged not me. I’m a wonderful mother who never gave up getting cops involved with getting my son back. Was told I had to go to court. I was the only one on birth certificate and dad did not even complete a DNA test. When calling r**e and abuse crisis center they said, “This is a kidnapping case and my son should have been returned to the only person on birth certificate.” So I applied to ND Legal aid. 5 months later when social services stepped in due to what my ex did they took him and upon calling ND legal aid I was told, “We can not go up against social services. I made so many reports trying to get my kid to a safe home. Lisa Johnson lied in court saying, “I self admitted drug use.” Wait there I would love to hear the tap because no mother who is a wonderful mom would call just to say that! Otherwise using my mom’s su***de against me and cutting a federal marshal out of a court hearing who is my dad was done on purpose. I will never stop fighting and people in my situation who live in a beautiful condo downtown should never have to go through this. Oh and I’m a mother that passed away drug test for them. Sounds like ND needs to have immediate consequences for there actions. Wish me luck on suing the county! My son is worth it he’s not a money maker. No parent or child should go through this.
