Come to our pop-up playgroup at next Saturday's Deaf Culture Festival for storytime in ASL and English! On September 26, enjoy the festival, then 12:15pm storytime with crafting, followed by the new Mackworth Island StoryWalk, and come back at 8pm for fireworks!

On September 26 at 1:00PM we will be revealing the new StoryWalk along the Mackworth Island Trail. The StoryWalk will feature stories written and created by our Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth! 9/26 also happens to be the Deaf Culture Festival on Mackworth Island - it's sure to be a fun day!

Help us celebrate 150 years of Deaf Education in Maine! On Saturday, September 26, the Maine Association of the Deaf will hold their annual Deaf Culture Festival on the MECDHH/GBSD campus in Falmouth from 9am-4pm. Later that evening, MECDHH/GBSD will put on a fireworks show at 8:00pm to celebrate 150 years of Deaf Education in Maine! Come one, come all!

ASL Social Chat tomorrow (Wednesday)! 5:30pm at the Bangor Public Libaray.

The first ASL Social Chat of the school year will be tomorrow, Sept. 4, at 9:00am at Coveside Coffee in Portland! A Bangor event will take place next Thursday, Sept. 10 at 5:30pm at the Bangor Library. Check out the flyer for more details and dates!
