Just a few more which really show the work being done…It truly takes a village , and we are so grateful for the volunteers who gave their time, energy, and hard work to help improve the property for everyone to enjoy this summer. From climbing ladders and painting trim to tackling the high spots on the roofline — every bit of help made a difference.

What a great day at the Recreation Center!

Thank you to everyone who came out to help stain and improve the pool house at the Recreation Center yesterday! We truly appreciate all of the volunteers who gave their time and hard work to help get the property ready for summer.

“Connecticut Tunes and Tales of the Revolution” with Kent Besocke will kick off the library’s summer concert series with the Falls Village Recreation Commission on Friday, June 26th at 6 pm on the library lawn. This unique, hour-long musical program celebrates Connecticut's pivotal role in the American Revolution. Weaving together captivating storytelling with songs, acoustic guitar, 5-string banjo, and mandolin, this engaging program explores Connecticut's rich tapestry of history, folklore, and legendary figures from a tumultuous era, uncovering hidden stories of local heroes and dramatic moments that shaped the fight for freedom. Participants are invited to bring chairs, blankets, food and beverages to enjoy during the concert.

The concert series continues with the Berkshire Resilience Brass Band on Friday, July 24th at 6 pm and the third annual Community Talent Show/Open Mic on Friday, August 28th at 6 pm.

Our 2026 Non-Resident Day Pass and Season Pass rates are now available!

If you are a non-resident interested in purchasing a season pass, please do so upon arrival during your first visit to the pool.

If you haven’t visited the Canaan/Falls Village Town Pool before you’ll find a beautiful large L-shaped swimming pool, a playground, a pool house with restrooms and changing facilities, picnic tables, and charcoal grills— making it a great place to spend the day with family and friends. Non-residents are also welcome to purchase daily passes and enjoy everything our facility has to offer.

We look forward to spending a sunny and fun-filled summer with you at the Canaan/Falls Village Town Pool. Come swim, relax, enjoy a cookout, and make lasting summer memories! ☀️🏊🏻‍♂️⛱️
