VOTER REGISTRATION IS ENDING SOON LOCALLY FOR PEOPLE IN FALLS CHURCH CITY..........REALLY?????
No, but it could be the effective result of returning students leaving town to go back to college.
Many times when college students go off to college and they have failed to register to vote for the November election they just don't get around to it AFTER they have left.
They WANT to be registered but the summer has been busy and there is ALWAYS STILL TIME. We all know how that is...'
So are you registered in Virginia? Did someone take your registration form and offer to submit it for you? Are your sure that the DMV processed it for you?
Check HERE to see if it was processed:

HERE IS A FORM TO COMPLETE IF YOU AREN'T REGISTERED:

Take it to the Registrars offices or mail it.
Mail to: Voter Registration, 300 Park Ave., Room 101E, Falls Church, VA 22046
They won't accept faxs for Voter Registration forms.
HERE IS A TRUTH: There is NO better time to register than BEFORE students leave town for college.
Every election provides its own set of reasons why it is important to vote. What are the hottest topics that attract young voters and compel them to either stay home or go out and vote? Here are a few we've heard.
-Women's reproductive rights and access? (This IS a man's issue too).
-Costs for student loans. (True whether they or their parents are paying those loans?)
-Stability of the financial markets with proper regulation. (When they get their high paying jobs it will mean a lot to them then).
-Insuring NATIONAL protection against a financial industry that sucks them into products that sink their futures by giving them more credit than they reasonably need or can pay off.
- Whether SOPA or P**A is supported by their candidate. (Note to self - P**A is NOT Kate's sister).
VOTER REGISTRATION is also being performed at the Falls Church Farmers' Market every Saturday where volunteers are collecting VOTER REGISTRATION forms and then delivering them to the Registrar's office.
VOTER REGISTRATION is also done at the Organizing for America office at Loehmann's Plaza (next to the Bally's Fitness Center).
VOTER REGISTRATION is also
If a young voter will be 18 by November 6th they can register now!!!! Who knew? Well we did and now you know.
Keep in mind - suppression of voting is NOT an American Value - if you are eligible to vote you should. Young voters should show all those that want to silence their voice that they will not be quiet. That they WILL be heard in this election and future elections.
