MORE BEDS. MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECOVERY.

Steppingstone is proud to announce the addition of five new women’s graduate beds to the William B. Webster Graduate Program! 🏠✨

This expansion means more women can access the continued support, stability, and resources they need to build lasting recovery. The Graduate Program provides a safe, supportive environment for individuals who have made meaningful progress in their recovery and are ready to take the next step with long-term guidance.

📣 WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING REFERRALS!

Know a woman who may benefit from the program? We encourage referrals from anyone — Steppingstone programs, community providers, organizations, family members, friends, or other referral sources. Individuals may also reach out directly to learn more.

With limited availability, referrals are encouraged as soon as possible as we work to fill these new beds and build a waitlist.

☀️🎉 What a way to wrap up the summer! 🎉☀️

Our Peer 2 Peer Recovery Coach Project recently hosted an End-of-Summer Party filled with fun, connection, and community! Participants enjoyed BINGO, a guessing game, a golf tournament, delicious food, and plenty of desserts!

A special THANK YOU to the generous local businesses who donated food and desserts and helped make this celebration possible. Your support helps create opportunities for connection, fellowship, and recovery within our community!

Our New Bedford team had a great time attending New Bedford Community Health’s We Care Community Health Fair! 💙🎉

With more than 4,000 community members in attendance, the event was a wonderful celebration of health, wellness, resources, and family fun. We’re proud to connect with our community and share information about the services and support available through Steppingstone. Thank you to New Bedford Community Health for bringing everyone together!

💜 Tomorrow, we’ll come together in Downtown New Bedford for International Overdose Awareness Day.

This year marks 25 years of remembrance, awareness, and action. We’ll gather to honor the lives lost to overdose, support those who are grieving, and stand together with individuals and families impacted by substance use. 🕊️💜

Steppingstone is proud to be part of this important event and to stand alongside our community in raising awareness, breaking stigma, and remembering that every life matters.

Our Peer 2 Peer Recovery Coach Project recently took part in a local tabling event, connecting with community members, sharing resources, and helping spread awareness about recovery support and the services available through Steppingstone.

Getting out into the community is an important part of building connections, reducing stigma, and making sure people know that support is available when they need it.
