Officer Wawrzyn has been out and about ensuring those who are being safe and being responsible GET CAUGHT! Kudos to these two young community members for wearing helmets while enjoying the beautiful weather on their bikes!

As a reminder, our 2026 Bike Rodeo is coming up on May 9th at the Fall River School from 12pm to 4pm—stop by ANYTIME from 12pm to 4pm for fun, raffles, food and entertainment!

The power is back up and our phones and emails are operating again. Thank you for yiur patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

The Village of Fall River municipal building (Village Hall, Police Department, and Department of Public Works) is currently without power. As a result our phone pines and email service is down. Please be patient while we attempt to resolve the issue.

If you need to contact the Fall River Police Department, please contact us via the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Non-Emergency number at 608-742-4166. If it is an emergency, immediately call 9-1-1.cs

Today was Fall River Police Department’s Shop With A Cop! This is the second year the police department and volunteers take kiddos from the community to shop for things they want, things they need, and things for someone else; and what a haul it was!

After shopping we grabbed a bite at Pizza Ranch and headed home to wrap presents. Fun was had by all and good cheer was certainly spread!

THANK YOU to everyone who donated to make this program as successful as it is. Since we started this program we have been able to reach loads kiddos and families who may not otherwise have a better Christmas.

Thank you to Walmart and Pizza Ranch of Portage for your patience with our party and being so great and kind to each individual member of our party! Thank you to the Fall River School District for providing a bus and a driver for our event! Thank you to ALL our volunteers who paid special attention to the needs of the kiddos, who were incredibly patient with them and helped them check things off their lists and grab some grub! Thank you everyone who helped us with our program and getting it to where it is today!
