What makes me qualified to be Mayor?
- Over 10-years’ experience as either a Planning & Zoning Commissioner or Councilman

- Familiarity with Town issues that will require addressing in both the near and long term

- Track record and willingness to take on and address “tough issues”

- Very comfortable in the public domain and very comfortable representing the interest of the Town in any venue

- Demonstrated ability to lead and rally others around central ideas

- Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance with over 25-years of Corporate finance and experience

- Providing high level of Town services at an efficient and economical costs

- Preserving our rural town and country qualities by strictly adhering to no commercial development beyond where it currently exist on HWY 5

- Zoning and building standards that promote upscale residential living

- A thoroughfare plan that provides for atheistically pleasing “country roads”

- Encouraging, supporting and creatively attracting Economic Development within our Comprehensive Plan Development District

- Accountable, transparent and fiscally responsible Town governance

- Continuing our reputation as being a GREAT place to both live and work

Why Do I want to run for Mayor?

I care deeply about the Town and I believe in the guiding principles of the Town. As the Town continues to grow and develop, I will work with both members of the Council and our Town Manager to assure that we execute in a manner that is consistent with those guiding principles.
