I am so very humbled at the results of yesterday's election. First I would like to thank all the citizens of Marion Co. that supported me during such a trying time in our lives right now and I promise you won't be disappointed in my effort and performance once I take office. I am truly looking forward to working for all the citizens of our great county and with some great folks in our criminal justice system.
Secondly, I want to thank my wife Amy and our kids and grandkids for the support and help over the last 4 years as well as the rest of my family and friends that helped and supported me starting 4 years ago. As many of her close friends and family know my wife Amy has a heart of gold but is not the most outgoing person but she has been by my side through this whole journey especially these last 4 weeks standing with me out in the county campaigning especially yesterday in 95 degree heat. I've always said she is my best friend and I love her for that.
I can't possible thank everyone personally on here so I would just like to say thank you to everyone that supported and helped us in so many different ways and I love you for that.

Hello Marion County,
As the primary election is approaching and our citizens are submitting their ballots in a way that they are comfortable with I wanted to talk about my candidacy for Division 1 Magistrate. I believe I am uniquely qualified to be your next Magistrate. I don't claim to be a politician just a retired police officer with experience in every part of our criminal justice system. I've worked for and with the public as well as working side by side with all members of our system.
I'm not saying I'm more qualified than the other candidates but I know that I have done more in this system for the past 30 years. I believe that is important because there isn't any situation that could arise that I couldn't handle because of my experience working in the field as a correctional officer, police officer and parole officer. My experience speaks for itself and I am ready to use that experience to continue to serve Marion County with pride.

Campaigning today in Whitehall with Amy, Brandon and Logan followed by some fun at the range with the boys. I would like to thank everyone that honked at us.
Remember early voting starts next week and Election day June 9th.
As an officer I always worked hard and took pride in my job and if elected I promise to continue working hard for this county.

Hello Marion County, I hope everyone is doing well.
As a candidate for Magistrate this is the time me and my family would be out meeting as many of you as we could. We would be at dinners supporting different groups and attending political functions. We would also be going door to door throughout the county. Unfortunately those things have been put on hold as we all deal with this terrible pandemic.
My goal has always been to let as many citizens as we could know about me and my career. I am very proud of my career in law enforcement and corrections and I do believe it has prepared me to be an asset to the Marion County court system.
As Mountaineers and Americans we will get through this together and let's pray for everyone that is and will be affected by this virus.

We enjoyed buckwheat cakes at the Boothsville VFD this morning with Brayah. Always great to support our local Fire Departments.
