Water will be shut off on Shiawassee for the next few hours during repairs to the water main.

There is a water main break effecting the first block of Shiawassee from West Market Street. The road is closed. Fairlawn Service Department is cleaning up and Akron Water Department is on the way.

WATER SHUTDOWN FOR TIE-IN
The water will be shut down on Thursday 6/18 from 3:30 AM to 7:00 AM for some areas of Fairlawn due to tie-in for the Riveria Drive project.

Areas are:
West Market Street to Juno Place (along Miller Road)
Chamberlain Road (Kenridge Road to Hampshire Road)
Miller Road (West Market Street to Juno Place)
All of Riviera Drive
