(4)

Founded in 1977, ESILL is a non-profit organization offering a variety of educational programs to residents and seasonal visitors of Baldwin and Mobile Counties. We present Spring and Fall terms, with courses priced at just $4.50 per class hour. (Some courses carry additional supply fees). ESILL courses are intended for the enjoyment and self-enrichment of its students, with an emphasis on fun. Th

ere is no pressure -- no examinations, grades, or other requirements. Students are asked to bring interest, enthusiasm, a willingness to participate and an open mind. ESILL courses are not just lectures and demonstrations; the class environment is based mostly on discussion, an exchange of ideas. We are supported by The Friends of ESILL, a group made up of interested persons who believe in ESILL's mission and are willing to contribute a modest annual membership fee in the pursuit of "School for the Fun of it". Members are invited to two educational/social events each year, receive a discount on their registration fee for any courses they or their immediate family members take, receive catalogues mailed to their home.
