Day 2 of Assisted Living Week was another amazing one! 💃🕺

We kept the fun going with our 70s theme and filled the day with music, laughter, and plenty of fun activities. From groovy outfits to great memories, our residents and staff truly embraced the spirit of the decade! ✌️🪩

We’re having such a blast celebrating and making this week one to remember! ❤️

Assisted Living Week is off to an AMAZING start! 🎉💤

Today was Pajama Day, and we had so much fun embracing the theme from start to finish! All of our activities were pajama party-themed, and staff, residents, and family members were encouraged to wear their PJs. We all took dressing up VERY seriously — but especially CC, as you can see in the second photo! 😂💤

We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast-for-dinner prepared by one of our wonderful cooks, Erin — French toast, sausage, and scrambled eggs! 🍳🥓🍞

And to make the day even sweeter, Alyssa from Vitas supplied us with iced coffee and donuts! ☕️🧊🍩

Needless to say, we had a delicious, cozy, and FUN day! What a perfect way to kick off Assisted Living Week! ❤️

✨ Our Glitter & Glue Club had so much fun with this craft! A resident’s family member generously donated all of the materials for this project, and we loved putting them together to create these adorable glowing cross decorations. 🕯️💜

They turned out so cute and were the perfect little lights to display in their rooms!

💙 One of our favorite things about Mike… 💙

Mike loves people — and he shows us that every single day! Whether it’s a resident, a staff member, or someone who has just walked through our doors, Mike is always ready to strike up a conversation and make a new friend.

Recently, while we’ve been having some renovations done, Mike got to chatting with the ladies who were painting in our building. He asked if he could have one of their T-shirts and, with a laugh, told them it would be “free advertising!” 😂

That moment made us smile because it’s just so Mike. He genuinely enjoys people and makes a point to connect with everyone he meets. We love watching him brighten the building with his friendly personality and his willingness to make everyone feel welcome.

We’re pretty sure Mike has never met a stranger — and we wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤️
