Today, our community gathered at the 37th Annual Peace Officers Memorial to honor and remember the brave men and women of Solano County who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others. On a beautiful spring day, with sunshine, mild weather, and a gentle breeze, we came together to reflect on their courage, sacrifice, and lasting legacy.

A special thank you to the honor guard teams whose professionalism, precision, and presence brought such dignity to this ceremony. Your dedication and service helped make this tribute truly memorable, honoring our fallen heroes and the enduring commitment of those who continue to serve.

We would also like to recognize and thank the Public Safety Academy students who volunteered throughout the event — assisting with programs and water distribution, helping with setup and cleanup, and supporting the ceremony behind the scenes. Your willingness to serve and contribute did not go unnoticed.

There is something deeply moving about seeing our law enforcement family and the Solano County community stand together in respect, remembrance, and gratitude. Your support reminds us that the sacrifices of our fallen officers will never be forgotten.

Today, we remembered. We honored. We stood united.
