Cape May 🌅 looking pretty fly 🪰on the recent adventure south!

Did you know the median sales price in Cape May is up over 63.5% year-over-year. 😳

While we've reached the end of the summer buying spree, typically that means more inventory should start to hit in this very seasonal area of NJ. But as we've learned the last couple of years, not everything always goes according to plan.

Eligibility Criteria:
+AT LEAST 22 years old, but NOT older than 66, and
+ARE unemployed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and
+NOT rated as totally disabled because you can't work, and
+NOT enrolled in a federal or state jobs program

Happy New Year!!

🛑🛑LANDLORDS be aware🛑🛑:

A law went into effect on January 1st Banning past criminal history in housing applications
Landlords will be prohibited from considering the criminal history of any prospective tenants under S250.

The bill restricts a landlord from requiring an applicant to complete any housing application that includes inquiries on their criminal record prior to giving a conditional offer.

According to the new law, that includes “arrests or charges that have not resulted in a criminal conviction; expunged convictions; convictions on appeal; vacated and otherwise legally nullified convictions; juvenile adjudications of delinquency; records that have been sealed; or criminal convictions arising for conduct committed outside of the state that, if committed within the state, would not constitute an indictable offense.”
