IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN for our Annual Conservation Poster & Essay Contest. We have enjoyed Several Texas Area 4 Winners in the past and State Winners from our Essays. Our THEME this year is: "From Source to the Sea; Every Drop Has A Journey"
We have 2 Judging Groups for Posters this year: Kindergarten through 2nd Grade / 3rd Grade through 6th Grade. And Junior and Senior Essays. Home School / 4-H are Welcome to participate.
Only 1 Entry per Student
SEE OUR 2027 Awards Information Letters as well as a Rules/Check List to insure you have all the information for the students to meet the requirements for us to send the Posters/Essays forward in competition.

Are you needing to get a soil test completed for fall gardening? Stop by the Extension office to pick up a soil sample bag, and a form (or complete the form online), and bring the soil sample back to the Extension office. Haley will be taking samples to College Station in September to save shipping!
