Leonard Prim, Jr., 60, passed away on August 19, 2026. Leonard graduated with the FHS Class of 1984.

CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY OF ALVIN JOE SMITH.

Alvin Joe Smith, 92, passed away on August 15, 2026. Mr. Smith graduated with the Dogan Class of 1953. He is the last of the outstanding Dogan Wildcat Basketball ( #18) players known as the “Fabulous Five.”

CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY OF RICHARD CANADY.

Richard Earl Canady, 71, passed away on May 4, 2026. He began his education at Dogan and graduated with the FHS Class of 1973.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents: Willie Earl and Minnie Jo Betts Canady, siblings: Robert, Larry, Dessie and Eva; and his wife, Vicky.

Please keep his children: children Travis and Angel, and his entire family in your thoughts and prayers.
