Solano Family & Children's Services - Your Child Care & Resource Connection The Subsidized Child Care Programs are designed to provide full or partial child care payments on behalf of eligible (typically low-income) families.

Connecting Solano County families to child care resources and empowering child care providers with the support they need to succeed. 🌟
📍 Non-profit Child Care Resource & Referral Agency The Resource & Referral Program provides families in Solano County with FREE referrals to Licensed Family Child Care Homes, Licensed Child Care Centers/Preschools, License-Exempt Centers, License-Exempt TrustLined

Individuals and Nanny Agencies. The goal of these programs is to promote the health, growth, education, and care of children while their parents continue their employment, job search, education, or training. The Child Care Food Program is funded by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and reimburses Child Care Providers for serving nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks to children in a child care environment. Our Mission: Creating connections for families and child care providers to support the healthy development of children for a thriving community.

Yesterday, we celebrated Diana's incredible 40-year work anniversary with Solano Family & Children's Services.

For four decades, Diana has dedicated her time, talents, and heart to supporting children, families, child care providers, and our community. Her commitment to service, willingness to support others, and involvement across the agency have made a lasting impact on SFCS and the countless lives touched by our work.

Throughout her career, Diana has exemplified the values that define our mission: compassion, dedication, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed.
