It will ultimately be ruled unconstitutional, but trump is using the USPS as a tool to implement his executive order creating a federal list of those voters who are entitled to use mail in ballots. The USPS will stop any ballots sent to voters not on the list.

It signaled it plans to send ballots only to voters who are registered with the federal government.

Trump is sending FBI Agents to the homes of Election officials and local police in Milwalkee, WI in an effort to try and manufacture some proof that there was election fraud in 2020. He and his minions want to find a way to meddle in the 2026 midterms so that they can avoid losing power in Congress. They will and are doing anything no matter how illegal or unethical.

Fairfax County and all Virginia Voters: Early voting for the Democratic Primary Elections is right around the corner. Make a plan to vote, learn about the candidates, apply for your mail-in ballot and send it in ASAP or if you are voting in person make sure that you know where your polls are located - early voting locations are not the same as your election day location. Fairfax County Democratic Committee's Election Law and Voter Protection Committee is going to endeavor to staff every voting precinct with well-trained poll observers. Be part of the team. Training will be available in August.
