Nebraska WIC helps many families across the state buy groceries each month. WIC gives healthy foods such as milk, eggs, peanut butter, and more!

Lately, many families have been using WIC even more, as WIC participants’ cash value benefit for fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables has increased to: $24 per month for children, $43 per month for pregnant and postpartum participants, and $47 per month for breastfeeding participants. This increased benefit has been extended through the end of March.

If you have a child under the age of five or are a pregnant or postpartum woman, now would be great time to see if you would be eligible for WIC. Visit signupwic.com to find a WIC office near you.
