Barbie (A143694) is a 1-year-old Cairn Terrier mix who weighed 26 pounds on intake!

10/06/26 This little lady is Barbie! Barbie was surrendered to the shelter and looking for her new loving home! She was described as an outgoing dog who has historically done well with people of all ages including babies and children! She was also said to get along with other dogs but has no experience with cats or pocket pets. It is important that appropriate introductions be made to help set her up for success! Barbie was said to know a few of her basic commands, rides well in a vehicle, and is housebroken. However, please keep in mind that there is always an adjustment period as she settles into her new home and routine. Barbie also arrived at the shelter with quite a few mats and will require grooming throughout her life to live comfortably. She was shaved while at the shelter to make her more comfortable and give her a fresh start. She also had cherry eye surgery on both eyes. She is a young pup looking for a home to grow old in! If you are interested in meeting Barbie, please let us know!

Ethan (A143724) is an 11-month-old Holland Lop who weighed 4.31 pounds on intake!

10/07/26 This friendly rabbit is Ethan! He was surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of his own, but because his owner fell ill and needed a home that could care for him. He was described as a very friendly rabbit! He was done well with children and strangers! He also has coexisted in harmony with dogs and cats! However, it is very important to be doing appropriate introductions. In typical bunny fashion, he was known to like to chew so providing him with appropriate chew toys, hay, and enrichment items is key! If you are unfamiliar with rabbit care we encourage you to do your research before adopting. If you are interested in meeting Ethan, please let us know!
