The El Paso County Housing Authority (EPCHA) provides and develops quality affordable housing for low income families in El Paso County, TX.

The El Paso County Housing Authority (EPCHA) is funded and regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The EPCHA administers housing assistance through the Low-Income Public Housing program, Housing Choice Voucher program, and Section 8 Single Room Occupancy program (SRO). Although the EPCHAs Administration facility is located in Fabens, Texas, we provide housing and family self-sufficiency assistance throughout the County of El Paso, Texas.
