Unfortunately, we have some sad news to share - The Academy of Natural Sciences will be permanently closing its doors after nearly 200 years of service at the end of this month. Their last day will be Sunday, September 27.

Patrons can still reserve museum passes through this closing date, but none will be issued after.

Come to Avon Grove Library on Saturday, August 15th from 11AM-4PM for a Blood Drive with Blood Bank of Delmarva!

The American Red Cross has declared only the second national blood supply crisis in its history, citing critically low blood donations and worsening shortages. This follows Blood Bank of Delmarva's own blood emergency of the summer in June. Nationally, experts estimate that just three additional donors at every blood drive this summer could help stabilize the blood supply. Your donations can make a meaningful difference for patients who rely on blood every day.
