Troop 83 is a patrol-based, Scout-led Troop sponsored by St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Exton

Celebrating over 70 years of service to the Boy Scout mission and the community, Chester County Council granted the Troop 83 charter on March 31st, 1951 sponsored by Lionville Fire Company. Throughout the decades, hundreds of Scouts — more than 100 earning Eagle Scout rank — have contributed to our Troop’s history.

Our troop had an exciting and educational trip to Washington DC this weekend. We saw most of the classic sites on the mall, but the reflecting pool was closed off for some reason.

Thanks to all that came out for our Annual Gaga Ball Tournament last night, especially our guests from Packs 98, 51, and 61! After 14 rounds of competitive Gaga Ball, we had a fierce championship round, with Alden taking first place, and Ritwik and Noah as a close second and third. See you again next year!
