MACA is currently receiving many inquiries about the reporting hotline to be established referenced in House Bill 2292.

The Missouri Animal Control Association (MACA) is currently working to establish the statewide animal abuse and neglect reporting hotline and develop the procedures necessary for receiving, documenting, and appropriately referring reports.

Because this is a new statewide system, MACA is focused on ensuring the hotline is properly established and operational before implementation. Additional information, including the hotline number and reporting procedures, will be provided as development progresses.

We appreciate your patience and partnership as we work to implement HB 2292 and strengthen Missouri's response to animal abuse and neglect.
