We are making updates to several of our online platforms, including BB360 and our online application systems. This means our school membership applications and registration for our upcoming Leadership Training Day are currently unavailable.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your experience.

Aloha BBHI Families & Friends
Please be safe as we all get through this Tropical Storm 🌀/ Hurricane Lala.

This one has impacted many of our families. We know many of you on Maui and parts of O’ahu are without power and we await for updates to when things will resume safe and recovery can take place.

We want to remind everyone to take time to check in with your families and friends if you have power and stay indoors and off the roads unless absolutely necessary.

We may have some changes for programs this week but will keep you all updated.

Be there for one another and help someone in need if you can. We send our aloha to each and everyone of you and hope for healing ❤️‍🩹 across the island chain.

Happy Friendship Fridays🌺

Shout out to the Maui Citizens Chapter for showing us what building new friendships looks like while having fun in your local community🤩

Members were engaged in an hour of table side magic 🪄, a comedy 🎭 show, sharing food and enjoying fun beverages.

We can’t wait to see what your next monthly activity holds!! Setting the bar high and promoting inclusion and friendship is a high five 🙌🏽 in our mission book.

🌟The 2026-27 Ambassador Academy is open for enrollment

Are you looking to grow as a leader, build confidence, strengthen your voice, deepen your understanding of inclusion and have community impact?

This program is open for any individual ages 14 and up, with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

Requirements:
🌟Submit an application by September 15.
🌟Be 14 years or older
🌟Commit to attending all 8 virtual monthly sessions (check schedule attached for dates and time)

BENEFITS 🏆
*Certificate in Inclusive Leadership
*New peer connections
*Eligible to pursue local engagement opportunities for the mission
