We are slowly adding quilts to our display and setting them around the library for people to admire. They will be on display through the month September. All our welcome to add to our display and visit the library!

Looking for a fun way to spend a summer evening with your family? Join Clay County Conservation for a Family Bike Ride on Friday, August 28, at 6:00 p.m. at Oneota Park!

We'll enjoy a relaxed group ride along the bike trail that's perfect for riders of all ages and abilities. Whether you're riding with young children, grandparents, or anywhere in between, everyone is welcome to come along.

After the ride, we'll return to Oneota Park to gather around the fire for s'mores. It's the perfect way to celebrate the end of summer, spend time outdoors, and enjoy our local trails together.

We're excited to be partnering with Bikes, Boards & Shades and the Sheldon Bike Club to bring this community ride together!

What to bring:
• Your bicycle
• A properly fitted helmet
• A water bottle

Come ride, connect with your community, and make the most of these final summer evenings. We hope to see you there!

I am working on seeking a grant that will provide a free book to the children of Everly for their birthday. If you have children in your household, we'd appreciate your help by sharing their ages so we can better understand how many kids in our community are eligible to receive a birthday book. This information will help us plan for the amount of books that would need to be purchased to be able to celebrate as many birthdays as possible. Thank you for helping us bring the joy of reading to local children!
