We would like to express our sincere appreciation to NAVY REGION NORTHWEST FIRE & EMERGENCY SERVICES for the tour of the Naval Station Everett fire station today. The Sea Cadets received an engaging and informative tour, complete with hands-on experience with emergency equipment and a practical fire hose demonstration.

Another year in the books at Arlington SkyFest! NSE Sea Cadets, assisted by neighboring units and in conjunction with Civil Air Patrol did an outstanding job parking cars this past Saturday. It was a long, warm day but that didn’t stop several of the cadets from returning on Sunday to assist with the community event where Sea Cadets helped set up and run their flight simulators that brought many smiles to a bunch of future aviators. BZ Cadets!

Another successful annual inspection and awards ceremony, special thanks to the Marcus Whitman chapter DAR, Ranger chapter SAR, and VFW post 2100 for presenting some very special awards to deserving cadets.

Thrown into the weekend mix, was a Color Guard presentation at a local caucus event.

BZ to Monroe Police Department for sponsoring our unit fi****ms safety training and marksmanship training again this year. Our cadets did a great job, learning and staying safe with the detailed training provided by the volunteer police officers.

BZ Naval Station Everett Division, another successful weekend in the books at the Arlington SkyFest 2023. This group of cadets helped park ~1,500 cars in conjunction with our friends at Civil Air Patrol! Lots of team work, leadership, and community interaction this weekend. This is a great time for everyone, come join us again next year!

Our very own P03 Kayli Wong painted the picture of her brother after graduation from NLO. She submitted it to the Museum of Naval Aviation contest with the theme of "coming home". An active-duty officer was looking through the Museum of Naval Aviation in Pensacola and saw this beautiful acrylic painting on display.
