Evansville Parole worked with Young and Established to pass out food to the community to combat food insecurity. Y&E is a nonprofit that was established in 2013 to better the community through motivation of its youth. This mission is to provide support just like Evansville Parole. We enjoyed meeting the citizens and look forward to assisting Y&E again in the near future!

This award recognizes an agency staff member who has gone above and beyond their duties to help facilitate IDOC’s field-based operations. SPA Pemberton is an outstanding parole agent whose contributions to the Evansville Parole team are truly invaluable, and she wholeheartedly deserves this recognition. SPA Pemberton organizational skills and unwavering commitment to the standards of the Parole Division set her apart. SPA Pemberton participates in community involvement to give back, assist her fellow peers, and assist her colleagues with their daily tasks all the while maintaining a positive attitude. Evansville Parole enjoyed their Employee Appreciation Day with a cookout, playground fun, an intense game of co****le, and plenty of laughs 😂. A few agents, along with Deputy Director Joel Gruber, also took time to visit the local K9 officer cemetery to pay their respects 🐾🕊️. Shoutout to PA2 Joe Spencer for manning the grill and cooking up some delicious food! 🔥🍔
