🌟 A Huge Thank You to the PacifiCorp Foundation! 🌟

At Evansville Fire & EMS, we’re always striving to enhance our response capabilities to better serve our community. Thanks to a generous grant from the PacifiCorp Foundation, we’ve been able to purchase a new trailer specifically designed to haul our UTV 12 response vehicle. This addition will allow us to transport our equipment more efficiently, ensuring we’re ready for any emergency.

Your support means the world to us and directly impacts the safety of Evansville and surrounding areas. We’re grateful for partners like you who invest in first responders!

Evansville firefighters along with Casper firefighters and Casper Oilers Hockey had their annual Hockey Helps the Hungry charity game to help out the Salvation Army.

Due to a recent generous donation from the Trout on Inn, Evansville Fire Department recently replaced our firefighter’s mattresses!

If anyone in the community is in need of twin size mattresses, we have 4. They are only about 2 years old, feel free to stop by and take one home!

From bunker gear fitting to the first 911 call, recruits learn that 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐠𝐞𝐚𝐫, 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 are just as important as hose loads and ladders.

Building strong habits in the academy protects firefighters through a lifetime of service—and long into retirement.

Over the last few months, our new recruits have been working hard to obtain their black shield certification. This training culminated in a live burn today! These recruits have worked hard and have done a very good job.
