Edness Kimball Wilkins State Park E.K.W. State Park is the Perfect Picnic Spot just 6 miles east of Casper on the old Glenrock highway, 20/26.

We have over 40 picnic sites with several of them close to the water so you can keep an eye on the children while they splash and play.

Haven't started yet, no problem! You still have plenty of time to complete the challenge by September 30.

It is Free to participate and you receive a medal once you have completed the challenge.

You have until September 30 to complete either a 154 mi route from Fort Laramie to Independence Rock or a 196 mi route from Devil's Gate to Fort Bridger.

🦅Last Tuesday's nature walk with Wyoming Walks was eventful! 🚶‍♀️🥾

First, we saw this eagle steal a fish from one of the park's nesting ospreys. Then he came back, and the osprey clearly thought he was a little too close to their nest.

If you missed the walk, don't worry, we have plenty more amazing events coming up this summer!
