✨Leadership Spotlight✨
This time around, we’re shining the spotlight on someone who makes a lasting first impression—our Marketing & Admissions Director, Keith. Keith is one of the first people you talk to when trying to navigate difficult times. He goes above and beyond to ensure that you and your family member have all the information you need and are well cared for throughout the admission process, and even before. When you reach out to Keith, you now have a friend in the healthcare field who is willing to help ensure that you and your family member have all the information you need and are well cared for throughout the admission process.
Keith has a lot of education and training under his belt. He went to the University of Southern Indiana and graduated with a bachelor's in sociology and social work. After that, he started working in the health field and never looked back, gaining more certifications throughout the years. He is certified through the Dementia Friends of Indiana, and he is a certified independent positive approach to care trainer and a certified best friend master trainer. Keith takes any opportunity to learn and further his skills to benefit the staff, families, and neighbors.
Keith has worked in many different parts of healthcare. He has been in the field for 32 years now and has seen it all. He worked in cardiology, audiology, home health, Assited Living, the council on aging, and more. About 12 years ago, Keith settled into Oasis and has made a great impact. With experience like that under your belt, you can bring a lot to the table, and that is exactly what Keith was able to do.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his daughter and grandchildren. You can often find him at one of his grandsons' sporting events or practices. His daughter and grandkids are the light of his life, and he would do anything for them. Keith is also a big sports fan. He loves the Chicago Cubs, Indianapolis Colts, IU, and Notre Dame sports. If there's a game on, that's where you can find Keith. A fun fact about Keith is that he wants to be able to go to every major league baseball field in his lifetime. He's already got a start on that and loves going.
Keith loves what he does; his favorite part is being able to help the families in hard times. He loves being able to support them through this process with their loved ones. He also loves to interact with the neighbors and be able to put smiles on their faces.
Keith, we are so grateful and honored to have you as a part of our team. Thank you for supporting our neighbors' families during difficult times. Your work does not go unnoticed, and we greatly appreciate you!
