It is with great sadness that we share the news of long time EVFD fire fighter Bud Reed's passing. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 14th 2022 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home (115 N Neal St, Prairie Grove, AR 72753). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 15th 2022 at 10:00 AM at the Academy Cemetery (Evansville, AR 72729)

It's halftime Arkansas. I'm not sure if we are winning or losing, but the second round of icy weather will move in by 3-4 AM tomorrow. Roads will become even more slick as the final wave of precipitation sets in.

In the meantime, expect some patchy freezing mist this evening.

The wintry mix will end by 2-4pm Thursday. The sun will return by Friday.
