As Memorial Day weekend gets started, everyone at Evanston Volunteer Fire & Ambulance wants to wish you a safe holiday weekend.

If you’re out traveling, camping, grilling, or spending time with family and friends, please be careful and look out for one another.

🔥Never leave grills or campfires unattended
đźš— Buckle up and avoid distracted or impaired driving
đź’§ Stay hydrated and watch children closely around water
đźš‘ In an emergency, call 911 immediately

Most importantly, take a moment this weekend to remember the men and women who gave their lives serving our country.
