Gentlemen Take a Stand Against Violence is more than simply saying you don’t support violence; it’s about stepping up and being part of the solution. Kougar Watson is doing exactly that. He hit the town hanging flyers and spreading the word for this fun exciting and important event happening right here in Evanston on August 22, 2026. His actions show what it looks like when men choose to lead with courage, accountability, and community.
Thank-you Kougar

If you’ve ever wondered, ā€œWhy can’t I just leave?ā€ā€”you’re not alone. šŸ’œ

Trauma bonding happens when someone hurts you, then pulls you back in with apologies, affection, or ā€œgood days.ā€ That back-and-forth isn’t love or weakness—it’s your brain and body reacting to a cycle that’s designed to keep you attached.

Intermittent kindness, gaslighting, and the emotional highs and lows can create a powerful chemical pull, making the relationship feel confusing, addictive, and hard to walk away from. 🧠

Breaking that bond starts with naming the pattern, creating distance (even small steps count), and getting support so you can reconnect with yourself and what you know is true. 🌿

Have you ever looked back and realized you were attached to the hope of who they could be—not the reality of what they did?

🌟 Excited to share my experience from the Wyoming Nonprofit Conference in Casper this week! I spent three incredible days networking, collaborating, and learning about the vital role nonprofits play in our state.

✨ **Key Takeaways:**
- **Power of One:** One person can truly make a difference!
- Nonprofits are the backbone of Wyoming! Did you know?
- There are about **4,592 nonprofit organizations** statewide.
- Nonprofits employ around **12,527 people**, making up nearly **6.1%** of Wyoming's workforce.
- They generate nearly **$2.1 billion** in revenue, supporting programming, community development, grants, and scholarships.

The contributions of nonprofits significantly enhance the well-being of our communities. I had the privilege of collaborating with amazing programs from across the state and right here in our local area, including:

⭐ **YAHA - Youth Alternative Home Association**
⭐ **Disability:IN Uinta County**

Feeling inspired and grateful for all the connections made! šŸ’Ŗ

Feeling grateful tonight. I want to give a huge thank‑you to our incredible advocates—Jade, Amber, and Tealan. While I’ve been at the Wyoming Nonprofit Network Conference, you’ve continued showing up with compassion, strength, and unwavering dedication for survivors.

Your work matters deeply, and it does not go unnoticed. I’m so grateful to be part of this team that leads with heart every single day. Thank you!
