The ECWSA will be conducting fire hydrant flushing throughout the month of April. Residents in the vicinity of flushing may experience lower water pressure. The Evans City Water and Sewer Authority will be flushing fire hydrants on North Washington Street throughout the day today, Monday, October 10th, 2022, and on North Jackson Street throughout the day tomorrow, Tuesday, October 11th, 2022. This may cause low water pressure and. Or. Discolored water in these areas. If you experience discoloration in your water, run cold water until it clears. This is normal and poses no risk. We thank you for your patience during this process.

The Evans City Water and Sewer Authority will be flushing fire hydrants throughout the day, in various locations, throughout the borough, from October 3rd to October 9th, 2022. This may cause low water pressure and, or discolored water in some areas. If you experience discoloration in your water, run cold water until it clears. This is normal and poses no risk. RESETTING PAPERLESS BILLING SETTING
Important: Due to our bill pay upgrade, customers with portals are now receiving notification by email that your bill is available online.

If you did not enroll in e-billing this is just a notification and your paper bill is on its way to you.

If you want to change your paperless settings: Log into your portal and click on your e-mail address in the upper right corner of the portal screen. Then click on "Paperless Settings." Then click on "No" in the Account Status line. This will disable e-billing and you will continue to receive paper bills.RESETTING PAPERLESS BILLING SETTING

We are pleased to announce that our upgraded online payment system, Invoice Cloud, is up and running. More ways to pay including, Paypal, ACH, Credit Card and more.

Set up AutoPay on line, reminders that your payment is due and many other new features.

You may use your existing portal log in information to use the new system. Some customers, those with multiple accounts, may need to create a new portal. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Board would also like to acknowledge the Evans City Borough Streets staff for coming to our aid to keep the roads salted and safe while repairs were going on. Thanks for having our backs!
