Huge, Huge Shout out!!!!

Congrats to our State Champion Agronomy Team. Hunter Kugler—3rd Place Individual (Purple Ribbon), Maddie Kugler—5th (Purple), Christian Maurer—6th (Purple), Malakai White—20th (Purple), other team members include: Whitney Wall, Piper Puls, Cooper Parker, Brock Parker, Kolton Grove. (This is our 4th State Championship in a row.)

Congrats to our State Champion Meats Team. Ethan Oberg—1st Place Individual (Purple), Brecken Hecox—3rd (Purple), Bentley Stubbs—4th (Purple), Whitney Page—5th (Purple), other team members include: Tucker Viter, Emily Robinson, Kyson Dean, Raelyn Toberer, Maddie Tryon, Wyatt Page, Gage Bihlmaier, Gage Rupp, Eli Schimmels. (This is the 3rd year in a row that all of our competitors were top 10 individually.)

Congrats to our State Runner-Up Foods Team. Jennae Brockmeier—5th Place Individual (Purple), Shelby Jurjens—23rd (Blue), Gage Rupp—45th (Red), Maryah Oberg—76th, other team members include: Charley Kerznar, Sam Christiansen. (We tied for 1st, and had to be separated by tie-breakers…tough to take…)

Congrats to our 28th Place Welding Team. Westyn Malcom—5th Place Individual MIG Welder (Purple), Traevyn Koch—35th Oxy-Acetylene Welder, Eli Schimmels—36th TIG Welder, Grady Puls—44th Arc Welder, other team members include: Lauryn Ruda Oxy-Acetylene Welder, Haley Morain MIG Welder, Ethan Oberg Arc Welder. (Our Welders had a really good season. I’m proud of how they did.)

Congrats to our JH Ag Quiz Bowl Team. Joseph Evans, Paislee Knackstedt, Rayne McNew, Emmanuel Oberg, Te’Andre Oberg, Gabby Rupp, Coralee Schurr, Luke Schurr. (We had a really good season, just fell a little short of making the State Finals.)
