๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿฆ˜ Gโ€™DAY, MATES! ๐Ÿฆ˜๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ

Webster County 4-H members had a fair dinkum good time learning how to make Australian Crackles! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿซ

These tasty, crispy treats are a popular party favorite at birthday celebrations in Australiaโ€”and our 4-Hers got to whip up a batch of their own! ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ

We mixed, measured, learned a little about Australian food traditions, and, of courseโ€ฆ taste-tested our creations! ๐Ÿ˜‹

What a rip-snorting good time! ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’™

4-H: Learn by doing! ๐Ÿด๐ŸŒŽ๐Ÿซ

Many people consider goldenrod to be the scourge of the fall allergy season! That belief is actually not true. Goldenrod is the victim of cause-and-effect reasoning: If your fall allergies peak when goldenrods are blooming all around, then it must be plantโ€™s fault.

However, the real culprit is the ragw**d that blooms at the same time. We donโ€™t see these tiny, inconspicuous flowers, but they produce loads of small pollen grains that are easily distributed by the wind. Ragw**d pollen wreaks havoc with the allergies of thousands of people.
