Thank you so much to OSEA Eugene Chapter 1
📚📚📚 BOOKS, BOOKS AND MORE FREE BOOKS: Thousands of books will be available at no cost for 4J and all community families, students and educators TOMORROW, Saturday, May 30, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at North Eugene High School, 250 Silver Lane.
Families can choose up to 10 free books per student, with a 30-book maximum per family, during the Reading Opens the World Book Drive and Family Literacy Fair. Educators may choose up to 50 free books for their classrooms. The event is free but make sure to arrive early as books are available on a first come, first served basis. Hundreds of free Lego brick boxes will be available while supplies last. There will also be family-friendly activities, popcorn 🍿 and more!
Come and join in this collective celebration of the power and joy of literacy. The event is sponsored by the Oregon School Employees Association, 4J, North Eugene High School, and First Book and Reading Opens the World, an initiative of the American Federation of Teachers. See you there!
