The funding breakdown for this project includes $23.5 million from the Emeralds, $35 million from Lane County Tourism dollars (TLT), $15 million from the State of Oregon, $15 million from the City of Eugene bond (May 2024 bond), and $1.5 million from federal dollars. The bond is an important piece of the funding. If approved, proceeds from the bond sale will fund a portion of the stadium’s estimated $90 million total capital costs, costing the average Eugene homeowner about $22 annually. Please vote YES on Measure #20-358.

This measure is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to develop a public building to be used for concerts, graduations, community gatherings, local sports, and as an emergency shelter during natural disasters like wildfires and earthquakes.
