Dusk til Dawn Eugene OR Dusk to Dawn is a program operated that provides help to people experiencing homelessness with a place to safely sleep and keep their belongings at night.

The program was approved by the City Council in November 2015. Dusk to Dawn

The Dusk to Dawn program invites homeless individuals to sleep safely overnight in heated, military-style tents. As funded for 2020-21, the program has capacity for 110 to comply with COVID-19 guidelines. Individuals can remain in the program as long as they show up and follow the rules. The program includes dinner, showers & free laundry services. :)
