**NOTICE: Sheriff's Sale Information Update**

All McIntosh County Sheriff's Sales will now be posted on the McIntosh County website at https://mcintosh.okcounties.org/ Sheriff's Sale notices will no longer be posted on the Sheriff's Office page.

Sheriff's Sales will continue to be published in the local newspaper as required legal publications.

Please check the county website for the most current Sheriff's Sale information.

The McIntosh County Sheriff's Office has recovered money on Business 69 Highway near Eufaula. Anyone who believes they may have lost money in this area is encouraged to contact the Sheriff's Office at 918-689-4357 to identify and claim the property.

If you receive a text that says it is from the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety - Driver License Services - disregard and delete! It is a scam.

The text says you must make payment for a traffic violation or your driver license will be suspended. DPS/OHP does not collect fines and our agency does not communicate through text message.
