You want the good news or the not-so-good news?

Good you say?
Amazing Thanksgiving. Sunny, light wind, and temps close to average. Highs in the mid 50s, lows near freezing. Perfect for smoking or frying a turkey....
No B*M*TP Emergency, no snOMG, no snOklahoma Alert.

Bad?
>Multiple precip rounds are coming into focus.
1. All rain. Friday night/Saturday morning
2. All rain. Saturday night/Sunday
3. Winter weather potential. Monday Night/Tuesday

Timing and precision is fuzzy on the Monday/Tuesday event, but there is consistency in long range model with the pattern that would support it. There is a LOT of uncertainty, and, like every winter event, a few little temp/moisture/lift changes (at the ground and as you go higher in the atmosphere) will make a big difference in what happens. With Tuesday AM data, event looks a bit like a wintry mix--This will change, shift, and update as new data comes in.

What you can do?
>Enjoy Thanksgiving
>Stay plugged in to weather forecasts from your favorite meteorologist, or US National Weather Service Tulsa Oklahoma, that's a top notch team too.

A little early but worth mentioning

Not often do you get the SPC to issue a severe weather outlook this far out, but Saturday is the day to watch closely.

This area will likely shift some west or east as we get closer. But, the main idea is to be aware of Saturday’s potential.
