The following ordinance is scheduled for consideration at the December 12th Board of Supervisors meeting
NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Newberry Township, York County, Pennsylvania will, at its regular public meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., at the Municipal Building at 1915 Old Trail Road, Etters, PA 17319, consider for adoption an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE OF NEWBERRY TOWNSHIP, YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, REGULATING PARKING ALONG VARIOUS STREETS IN NEWBERRY TOWNSHIP”. Section 1 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on St. Andrews Way. Section 2 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on North Reeser Drive. Section 3 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on Highland Circle. Section 4 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on Byron Nelson Circle. Section 5 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on Byron Nelson Court. Section 6 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on South Ben Hogan Drive. Section 7 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on North Ben Hogan Drive. Section 8 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on Gary Player Drive. Section 9 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on Nancy Lopez Lane. Section 10 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on Wedgewood Circle. Section 11 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on Palmer Drive. Section 12 of the Ordinance implements parking restrictions on Jack Nicklaus Lane. Section 13 provides for the effective date of the Ordinance. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for inspection at this newspaper and the Township Office during normal business hours.
