We invite you to visit this year's Local Artists Show at Murray Arts Council!
The exhibit features the work of Vic Webb, and includes pieces from twelve more local artists.
We will celebrate the opening of the exhibit on Friday, August 21, from 6-8pm, with a reception that is open to everyone. Admission is free. We hope to see you there!

Pickleball and basketball courts are open, giving families, friends, and athletes even more ways to enjoy the park!

Whether you’re planning an event or simply looking for a place to get outside and have some fun, Eton City Park has something for everyone.

To reserve the park or ask about availability, contact Eton City Hall at (706) 695-2652.

NEW PICKLEBALL COURTS AND BASKETBALL HOOP OPEN IN THE CITY OF ETON.
Courts are located at Pleasant Valley School and open to the public.. Enter the campus and they are on the left just before the right curve that goes behind the school (old gym location for those who remember!).
Pickleball courts are also available at the Rec on Chestnut Street in Chatsworth (across from Murray High) and at Petty Park in Crandall.

SATURDAY AUGUST 22,8:00 PM – 10:00 PM : GAZERS OF THE GALAXY at Carter's Lake Astronomy Field.
FIND Outdoors is partnering with Atlanta Astronomy Club at Carters Lake to discover the hidden mysteries of Georgia’s darkest sky. Expert astronomers will guide participants through the night, interpreting the wonders of the universe through their galactic stories and expertise. You will also be given the opportunity to use high powered telescopes to explore our universe even further. Have you visited our beautiful city park lately? It’s such a special gathering place for our community — perfect for birthday parties, family reunions, church events, festivals, and so much more.

We’re excited to share that there are now 34 power outlets available around the center of the park, making it even easier to host events, plug in equipment, food warmers, sound systems, and more.
