Join us one week from today for Juneteenth!
Tina Logan with Maple Street Art Space will be here to run a free African beading workshop, open to families and students of all ages from 3pm to 4:30pm with African foods and snacks offered to try!
Additionally, from 4:30pm to 6:45pm, we will be screening Black Panther (Rated PG-13) for rising 7th through 12th grade students.
Come celebrate with us!

Friday night events are supported through a grant from Vermont Children's Trust Foundation.

Come drop into the Teen Center to cool off from this heat, grab a smoothie and a snack during our LGBTQIA+ Outlet Club TODAY between 2:45-4:30pm. This club is open to all rising high schoolers living or learning in EWSD, for FREE!
Shoot your hand at pool, check out our board games with friends, do a craft of your choice, or look through our selection of games on our Switch and PlayStation, and so much more!

Thank you for a great school year! Today wraps up our last day of our current programming.
We look forward to launching our middle and high school summer programming beginning July 8th for students living and learning in the EWSD.

This Friday, June 12th, Essex CHIPS is launching their first LGBTQIA+ Outlet Club for rising 9th- 12th grade students! Whether you identify as apart of the LGBTQIA+ community, know someone who does, or are an ally we invite you to drop in between 2:45 and 4:30pm to share snack, support inclusion, advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, and engage in discussions together.
