Rio Arriba County Sheriff’s Office in collaboration with RAC STOP will be providing the public the chance to get rid of potentially dangerous expired, unused or unwanted prescription drugs Saturday April 25, 2026, from 10:00am to 2:00pm at CVS 1202 North Riverside Drive Española, New Mexico.
National Prescription Drug Takeback Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing prescription drugs, while also educating the public about the potential abuse of medications. The service is free and anonymous with no questions asked.
