NOTICE: Many of our RWD customers did not receive their billing postcards timely (or at all) this month due to problems within the postal service. All bills were mailed at the required time but were delayed for an unknown reason during the postal delivery system process. If you did not receive your bill or it was after the due date, please contact the RWD office to have late fees waived. Customers are also encouraged to sign-in to our online billing portal system for account information. Contact the office for details.
