I want to Thank everyone that has supported me over the last couple of months during this campaign. I have learned a lot and met many new people in District C. Please stay focused on what’s to come and pay close attention to what your children are learning in our school system. We have the same board again and remember what they were about the last 4 years. NOTHING has changed.

Tomorrow is the BIG day for our community/parish/state. Please go V0TE! This is important and we need to do our part for our kids. Win or lose this as been a great experience and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I just hope our children and the rights of the people are a top priority for who ever gets elected on all levels.

Now we are in early voting and soon will be our last chance to VOTE!!! Have you studied your candidates and what they stand for? Do you know if their honest and will work for YOU or will they work for their themselves/buddy? What kind of person has your candidate been before now in the community? These are things that always lead up to the person that you elect to represent you and your child on the board. This is. It something you should take lightly. Even if you don’t have a child in public school, this still effects you and your children. I am sure your child is around or friends with children that are in the p***c system, so the issues and concerns still effect YOU!! Please vote!!!! This is important!!!!

You NEED to listen … OUR school system is NOT and I repeat NOT running just fine!!! Please ask questions and look at the issues that we as a parent/community/teacher/admin staff have had. We need change!! GO VOTE!!!

🌟WANT CHANGE??🌟
I have talked with many parents/guardians/grandparents/family over the past several weeks about things that they have concerns with and also tired of. If you are wanting change in the system then you have to stop voting for the system. Starting voting for the candidates that have children in the system now and not the ones that ”will have” or ”have had”. Ask yourself what has the past seats done for you in the last elections other than hand your children over to the government for more $. Please think about this election and what you need for your children. If we keep voting for the same people or who they pick, do really think anything will change. I want to give our children a better chance at school without all the political issues like SEL (which is a parents right to teach not a school administration).

Now that school as been in for a few weeks and the routine is (hopefully) started to be a little easier, have you thought at some point things need/should be handled differently? There are changes that need to made and concerns need to be heard for example keeping parents involve in the schools that their children are attending for school parties and activities during school hours instead of feeling like you have been pushed aside and your voice/opinion doesn’t seem important when you would like to attend and watch your child grow through the year and see the milestones your children go through. What about your child’s medical decisions being taken away from you during COVID over mask mandates. I feel every parent should have the authority over their own child’s medical choices. Change is never been easy but could be very valuable and worth every struggle. Do you want change for our children? If you don’t want more of the same and you would like REAL change then please vote for me. Please start thinking about the things that are going on now and what has happened just in the last two years of our school board. Do you really want a repeat of that? #
