ATTN JURORS......The jury trial set for tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27, 2026, will be tried. All jurors are to be present, but not allowed to enter the courthouse until 9:00 am and enter no later than 9:15 am. Remember we have construction going on, so please take that into consideration of your arrival time. Thank you!

BEWARE OF SCAM CALLS! This morning we have already received phone calls from Houston County residents that have received calls from someone pretending to be a police officer informing them that they have missed jury duty. The Houston County Sheriff's office recently sent out jury summonses by mail, however YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING A PHONE CALL FROM THEM, SO DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office at 931-289-4673. Please share.
