A thoughtful, competitive process led to a confident decision.

Following five RFQ submissions and two detailed RFP proposals, the Millcreek Township General Authority conducted a rigorous evaluation focused on taxpayer responsibility, proven project experience, financial capacity, and vision for the Gateway District. Both finalists presented strong concepts, and we’re grateful for the effort and innovation each team brought forward.

In the end, Millcreek Momentum, LLC was selected for its demonstrated experience and financial strength—positioning the project, and our community, for long-term success.

Yesterday, the MTGA held our regular meeting with new authority member Brian Gorman. He was sworn in unanimously by the Millcreek Township Board of Supervisors at their May, 12 meeting. With his appointment, the MTGA now includes five members.

As a lifelong resident, and COO of Waldameer and Water World, he adds strong expertise in operations, finance, and strategic planning across complex environments, specifically at the gateway to Presque Isle.

His addition comes at an important stage in the Gateway Project, as the Authority continues to advance this key initiative for the community.
